For the English (United States) locale, click MSXML Parser 3.0 Release.
For localized versions, click MSXML 3.0 Parser Localized Versions.
Note The MSXML 3.0 Release installs the parser (msxml3.dll) in side-by-side mode. The new parser will not overwrite previously installed versions. Both versions can reside safely side-by-side on your computer.
After installing the new parser in side-by-side mode, click Refresh to begin using the XML Reporting Tool.
